  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer nationwide shipping and international shipping (if applicable). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, Mian Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Men Luxe is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check with neighbors or building management

We’ll do our best to help you locate your package or file a claim if necessary.


7. International Shipping

Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
